Help to pay my rent

in response to ryraryra19...   You need to talk to management regarding your situation. If you lease is not up until December 2011, you need to talk to landlord about this month rents and breaking the lease without paying for 7 months. This is a financial hardship. You need to let management know that. The management office will understand your situation if you talk about your problem. If you are worried about your credit, you will make arrangements with them to pay for this month rent. Give them writing notices states that you will be moving out if you can't pay the rent for next month or july 2011. Remember you have to give them 30 days. Any agreement with the management, get it in writing and keep a copy for your self. You can go to several places to get help with your rent like The Welfare Center, The Salvation Army who helps needy individuals with emergency food, ulility, rent assistance and other financial assistance and Catholic Charities 1.888.744.7900 in your states. Good luck I pray that everything works out for you. Keep your head up. Keep me posted. You have rights as a Tenant don't forget it. look up Tenant / Landlord dispute or eviction. The key thing is to not get kick out. You need to pay for this month rent I don't care if you pay them $50.00 as long as the management agree to it. Your rent will be pay for this month. You need to start talk to your parents about moving back into their house or relative house. The less you owe the better you are. Don't forget about your rent deposit. You can use that as your rent for this month or next month. Make sure that you clean out the place and let them do a walk thru. Make sure everything is clean and not broke. Take picture of the move before your remove items from a room and after picture of the room. Make a list of everything is your room and make sure the landlord sign it. Everything is good and nothing is broke which is key. All the windows, bathroom tiolet, sink works, tube works, and etc.

Help to pay my rent

in response to faye23...   Everybody is going thru a rough time. My advice is to go to every fast food places from Mcdonald to Wendy to Walmart to Walgreens apply for a part time or full time job. Go to Welfare Center and get assistance immediately. You are entitled to it. Don't feel ashamed about it. Go to the Unemployment Center for help regarding resumes, jobs posting, training, use their fax machine and computer. You need to spoke to somebody in your management office regarding your situation. Communicate is key. You need to also educate yourself regarding your rights as a tenant. You have rights. You have a financial hardship and you need a little bit of help and landlord to understand your situation. Don't run away from this problem. Think about your child. Good Luck! Keep me posted!
